This item is from the limited "INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION" themed around the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics. It was a limited-quantity collection sold in select stores in the US, making it rare in Japan.
It's a very lightweight and windproof nylon coach jacket. The front is plain, with an International Collection patch on the left arm, and a large, tonal logo on the back. It's a navy nylon jacket with a star-patterned lining and an American flag patch.
